To ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers, opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned or refunded. This helps guarantee that every fragrance you receive is fresh, uncontaminated, and safe to use.

 

2. When Returns Are Accepted

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your case carefully and work quickly to provide a replacement or refund.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by clear photos showing the issue.

 

3. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@larambla.ae with:
– Your order number
– Photos or videos clearly showing the problem
– A brief description of the issue

We’ll respond within 2 business days and provide instructions on the next steps.

 

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Please note: Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective items).

 

5. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders before they have been processed for shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted to avoid confusion and unnecessary costs.

Please provide accurate shipping details during checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or returned orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or missed delivery attempts.

Reshipping fees may apply in these cases.
