We currently ship to all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Dubai (Standard): 1–3 business days
- Dubai (Same-Day): Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM (Monday to Friday only)

Note: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier availability.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1 business day of confirmation.
- Orders placed after 4 PM, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and courier details.
6. Failed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver your order after two attempts, the order will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery or offer a refund (excluding any shipping charges).
